We are looking for a responsible tenant, who could take care of our apartment while we are gone for sabbatical. It you like urban areas and great views; having a gym (with a sauna & jacuzzi) in the building, a patio with a grill, and a party room; living next to restaurants, bars, a grocery store, and a farmers market, you should not pass on this opportunity. The apartment is also very spacious! 3 bedrooms: (1) with a walk-in closet, a queen bed, and a desk (NO TV) (2) with a double bed, a desk, and a built-in closet (3) with a twin bed and a built-in closet 2 bathrooms A living room, with a two-seat sofa, an armchair, and bookshelves (no tv) A small dining room attached to the living room, with a small table and two chairs A kitchen with common appliances (Microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffee machine… etc.) A balcony with a great view! Laundry is for free (laundry room is in the same floor) In the 3rd floor: a common area with a terrace that can be reserved for special events; a gym with sauna and jacuzzi
