Modern house with great light and small garden

Description

We are renting out our newly modernized 80 m2 house in the best area of Søborg while away on a research stay. The house has plenty of natural light, which means the world when days get darker. The floorplan is super, and all square meters are well designed to provide maximum functionality and comfort. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, dishwasher), eating area, master bedroom (with a queen-size bed and lots of closet space) and bathroom (toilet, shower, washer, and dryer) downstairs. Part of the house has a very high ceiling, which creates an airy and light vibe. Upstairs we have a huge room with a bunkbed and enormous skylights, and a small toilet. Outside the master bedroom is a large wooden terrace, so you can open and have your morning coffee outside. The house has a small patio. The house is situated on a small quiet road with trees half a block from Søborg Hovedgade where you find public transportation, supermarkets, shops, bakeries etc. There is a cute local café on the corner.
