Our beautiful home is situated on the northwest side of Mt Jumbo in Lincoln Hills on a quiet street and has stunning panoramic views facing west. It is a nature lover's dream and is perfect for an academic or a writer in need of an inspiring work environment. Stylishly furnished, the main floor includes a living room and kitchen with an expansive open floor plan. The large primary bedroom and full bathroom are also on the main floor as well as a separate office with a built-in desk and shelving. Two additional bedrooms and a den with a TV are downstairs as well as another bathroom and a small gym. The house has beautiful views and lots of natural lighting. There is a garage that can be used for parking and/or limited storage. Our home is available to an academic or writer who seeks a quiet place to work during the beginning of 2024. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind as one of us is allergic. Also sorry but no pets allowed.
