Description
This apt is in a great neighborhood in NYC . it is on the 20th floor with view or the Chrysler building! I am hoping to find an easy going, respectful, responsible, professional adult to share it with. There have recently been some changes in my life and having a tenant/room-mate will be a new experience for me. I would appreciate someone who is comfortable with negotiating the fine line between sociability and privacy. I am a creative person and my work schedules vary. I am sometimes at work for 14 hours a day or at my painting studio but also have days off and like to enjoy those too- sometimes at home. an ideal room-mate for me would be someone who also has an active life and is communicative, independent and enjoys NYC and all it has to offer.

Comments: Furnished apartment.Best for someone who works or does research outside of the apt. Very safe doorman building, laundry in the basement, view of the Chrysler building! I ask that tenant be respectful of both shared and private spaces. please no pets.
