Guilford shoreline home near Yale

Description

We spend our summers enjoying Long Island Sound here in Guilford and are looking for academic year renters while we are gone. The dates can be flexible. The kitchen is well stocked and linens are included. There is a lovely office nook with high speed wifi available. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and two bureaus and lots of closet space. The master is upstairs as are the other two small bedrooms (full bed in bedroom #2 and twin bed with a twin trundle in bedroom #3). Upstairs is a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a pull out couch downstairs and a downstairs second bathroom with a small shower. There is a huge backyard and lots of quiet and privacy. And the beach is short stroll down Trolley Road.
