Family of 4 looking to rent our home to another family while we travel/move out of province for an extended period. Lease of 6 months or a year preferred. Home is located on a quiet dead-end street, with a park and school at the end of the street. Kids of all ages reside on the street and there is an excellent sense of community. Just a two minute walk to all the trendy restaurants and shops of Queen Street East in Riverside. Very close to Queen, King, and Dundas streetcars and buses. The home has modern furnishings. The bathroom was updated in 2022. The kitchen was updated in 2023. Laundry is in the unfinished basement. There is storage space available in the basement as well. The backyard has lounge seating/couch set, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs. There is both a dining table and a kitchen table. There is a small desk in the bedroom with a Queen bed.
