One master bedroom, one study / single bedroom, separate sitting room with a double sofa bed for guests, a lovely separate kitchen and dining and 1.5 bathrooms (toilet on each floor).

Comments: I am looking for someone who needs accomodation for all three terms in 2024-25 from September 2024 to June 2025. Rent is £2150 per month, all inclusive except gas and electricity which will be paid as billed for usage.
