We are retired lawyers moving overseas. We refurnished the entire house in 2021 and have taken good care of it and hope you will too. Neighborhood is very walkable and public transportation is readily accessible. House was redone in 2016 by the then owner architect. It is fully accessible for anyone with limited mobility (can access without steps). Entertainers dream kitchen and table for up to 10. Peaceful outdoor yard with sitting and dining space; gas grill. Interior wood fireplace and outdoor Solo Stove with wood available. We have someone nearby who can help with any emergencies in the unlikely event.
