Park Hill is located right by the railway station in Sheffield. The flat has a balcony leading out from the kitchen/living room overlooking the city and floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom (blackout blinds) and living room. The living room has a sofa-bed and home cinema equipment (projector; screen; sound system). There's a dedicated working space in the bedroom (see photos); the kitchen features all the usual equipment (fridge-freezer; stove plus oven; kettle; toaster. Note: no microwave) as well as a washing machine (no dryer). There's a gym plus an Olympic-size pool right across from Park Hill (join or use for a fee). The flat is close to both the Sheffield universities by foot or tram and is well connected to nearby cities like Manchester, Leeds and York. There are also direct trains to London (2h20 minutes away) and Liverpool (2hrs); you can easily take trains to the Peak District, one of the UK's national parks, too, and go for walks in the dramatic landscapes of the moorland plateaus or go for a swim in the heated outdoor pool in Hathersage (open all year)! Bramall Lane, Sheffield United's football grounds, is a 20 minute walk away and the Showroom Cinema, one of the best independent cinemas in the UK, is just down the road. I have 2 bikes for those undeterred by Sheffield's hills (neither bike is particularly suited to those, I have to admit).
