When you want to escape from the concrete jungle and from the crowds of people, our green oasis is the right choice! Several groves providing shade and open meadows if you prefer baking in the sun like a lavender. You are free to walk and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding hills, the singing of birds and getting to know the animals in nature. You can spend there half an hour or all a day! Near by is a Jovsi Natural Park Natura 2000. This is a 460 ha large area of moored grasslands along the Sotla River. Accomodation is in our house at first floor. It has two rooms, a bedroom and a living room, 2 double beds and a large sofa - comfortable beds await you inside and offer a direct view of nature. The kitchenette has a fridge, small oven, cooker and kettle and it’s well equipped. The bathroom has a bath with a shower, a small washing machine, a hair dryer, towels. Both rooms have outdoor space – one terrace and one balcony. There are also many English and German books left by our dear first guest this year. In the immediate vicinity of your accommodation is the building "Župelefski raj" with a toilet and beautiful large summer kitchen. Everything mentioned is exclusively for you, there are no other guests in the area at the same time! There are also a restaurant and local shop very close. However, as your neighbors, we will be at your disposal for any questions or assistance. There are quite some other attractions to see, Brežice and Mokrice Castle, which make a nice easy going bike trip. It is a joyful experience if you take a ferry to cross Sava river in Mostec and you arrive in Terme Catez, grab a refreshment there and continue your way. Or you can go to Terme Paradiso. There is a lot going on everywhere nearby; thermal baths, wine routes, the river Krka …. see site https://www.visitbrezice.si/en. Day trips to Ljubljana, Maribor or Zagreb ( Croatia ) are easily possible from our beautiful home. Wherever you go, Slovenia is a very small country and everything can be reached within 2 hours - the sea or the mountains. There is also a good connection to Zagreb / Ljubljana airport - by car, bus or train.
