We offer our sunny, furnished old building apartment in Eimsbüttel for sublease from August 16 to January 2, as we are not in Germany for professional reasons. Minimum rental period is 3 months. Start and end date are flexible. The classic Hamburg old building has two large living rooms facing the street, which are connected with a double door. So the rooms can be used either as one big room or as 2 separate rooms. The bedroom faces the courtyard and is quiet and cool in the summer. Sufficient wardrobes for clothes are available. Bathroom and toilet are separate. The kitchen is fully equipped for passionate cooks. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. In addition, the apartment has two balconies - one facing the street with a lot of sun and one facing the courtyard which offers a little more shade. The apartment is also well equipped for home office work. In one of the front rooms facing the street, which can be completely separated for working (hinged door), there are: * Electric height-adjustable table * Ergonomic foot mat for working in standing position * Ergonomic stool that promotes active sitting * 27" Dell QHD screen with HD camera on a freely adjustable monitor arm * LED table lamp, which can also be used as a key light for video conferencing and whose light temperature (cold to warm) is adjustable * Professional microphone on a microphone arm, so that it can be pulled up for use and otherwise pushed away There is stable, high-speed WLAN with 1000Mbit speed throughout the apartment. Streaming, video conferencing and down- and uploads of large amounts of data are thus no problem. Many light fixtures are from Phillips Hue and can be customized to your liking and mood. The location of the apartment is unbeatable! It is located in the vibrant center of Eimsbüttel, just around the corner from Osterstraße with its shops, cafes and supermarkets. Basically, all the needs of daily life can be reached in 5 minutes walk. The U2 subway station Luttherothstrasse is only a five minute walk away and thus Hamburg's city center (Gänsemarkt, Alster, Hauptbahnhof) can be reached directly in 15 minutes by train or less. The place is ideal for a couple or a single person. No pets. No smokers. No flat shares. Toddler furniture can remain in the living area if desired and will otherwise be stored away.
