Comments: Beautiful spacious, pet friendly house, close to main campus and downtown Ann Arbor. This lovely 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, is located in a quiet street with lots of beautiful trees and greenery, yet very close to shopping centers, 10 minutes' drive to central UM campus, and UM hospital, and 5 minutes' drive to Huron High School. On the main floor there is a living room with big windows, a spacious wooden floor kitchen, and a dining room with an exit to a deck in a privet back yard surrounded by trees. In addition, there is a large full of light room with an attached bathroom that can be used as a bedroom, a spacious family room, or any need you might have. On the second floor there are four comfortable bedrooms with closets and a bathroom with shower and tub. This is a privet owned rental with caring responsive owners. It can be perfect for either a family with kids, or for up to 4 independent tenants.
