This beautiful house was my happy home for many years, but since taking a job in the Netherlands, I have rented it to friends and colleagues. It is moments from shops and restaurants, and 10-12 minutes from underground stations Kentish Town, Camden Town, and Chalk Farm. It is within walking distance of Regent's Park, Hampstead Heath and the canal paths, as well as numerous schools and recreational opportunities. Ground floor: Hallway, closet (folding bike), large study (inflatable double bed for guests), small double bedroom (bed 135cm wide), bathroom (including washing machine). First floor: Kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), large dining / living room (including double sofabed for guests). Second floor: Large double bedroom (bed 180cm wide), bathroom with walk-in shower (just completely refurbished Summer 2023) Third floor: Roof terrace Bedlinen and basic towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Comments: Aside from the terrace on the 3rd floor, which has a table and chairs, there are small terraces on the way up, lovely for plants and even sitting outside. The area is great for restaurants, cafes and diverse food shops.
