Description

I went to school on the east coast. Pursued Medical illustration and worked at John's Hopkins but instead wound up with a degree in Art History and a degree in Sculpture. Was UofM Museum of Arts Exhibit designer for many years, Furniture designer and artisan fabricator for many more and now I work with partners, rehabilitating houses in Detroit with the hope and focus of increasing the pool of beautiful houses for black home ownership.. There's a baby grand in the living room because I fantasized that I would have time to play some boogywoogie but has been under utilized for years. The house was designed by my grandmother: the first female graduate of UofM's Architecture School. It sits on 2 1/2 lots of wild animal favorited greenery. Great space for visiting prof, grad or doctoral candidate in music or medicine, or maybe an illustrator of children's books. :)
