Ride your bike to the ocean or walk to the end of the block to go kayaking on the Bay. We're looking to rent our bright and airy 4br, 3 1/2 bath house in OVBC near Bethany Beach to someone who is reliable and responsible. This is a beautiful home in a quiet community. In addition to 4 bedrooms, there is also a loft and a den with a home office. The property comes with gigabit internet and has three TVs (two 65") as well a lovely back patio that overlooks a pond. The community boasts amenities such as: indoor and outdoor pools, pickle ball court, fitness room, billiards room, clubroom (for Zumba & Spin classes, and socializing), card tables, sauna, steam room, and fire pits. It's a lovely community where children and adults can safely ride bikes.
