The apartment is situated in the heart of the Athens city center at one of the most popular and upbeat neighborhoods, Exarcheia. Stylish and spacious, luminous, with wooden floors, on the vibrant Kallidromiou street, brimming with restaurants, cafes, and shops, and its famous open-air market on Saturdays. The apartment occupies the whole second and half of the third floor of the building. It has an open plan and is comprised of four big bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a spacious and luminous living room and dining area as well as three small balconies. On the apartment’s first floor, one is introduced to the open plan area including the kitchen, living and dining room and the first small balcony offering a breathtaking view of Kallidromiou street and its open market. This area is connected also to a small bathroom with a walk-in shower and two bedrooms (with built-in wardrobe) overlooking a quiet rear garden area covered with trees. The smaller bedroom also contains a balcony. An oaken staircase on the entrance's right, leads to the second floor and to two more spacious bedrooms, the smaller one again having access to a balcony, as well as a small bathroom with a bathtub and a WC. The floors of the entire apartment are wooden. The bathrooms are made of solid Naxian marble, specially designed and crafted by one of the best marble craftsmen in Greece. The current architectural arrangement preserves the originality of the '40s design with a minimalist modern approach. The arrangement is eco-friendly: the existence of windows on all sides of the building ensures natural light and ventilation avoiding air-conditioning. Usually the air-currents are enough for the cooling but during heat-waves the use of our provided fans might be needed. The entrance and marble staircase are not renovated, preserving the classic aesthetic of Exarcheia. The apartment has been renovated recently and it requires tenants that will understand its unique position in the city of Athens and keep it clean and safe.
