Inside, the house is warm and welcoming with plenty of natural light and original oak floors in the living room and dining room. It actually has 2.5 bathrooms. Though it is listed as a three-bedroom, the office can be converted into a 4th bedroom. There is so much space for storage inside the house. This house gives a lot of privacy, and it is very quiet for folks working/writing inside the house. The house is in a very walkable neighborhood with a lovely park, very close to all the shops and restaurants in Downtown Downey, including the famous Porto's Bakery. Negotiable regarding pets. This home has it all for a wonderful sabbatical: comfort, privacy, and serenity, and it is close to so many LA/OC cultural attractions.
