Greetings! I am an academic, artist, curator and filmmaker who lives in Detroit and Texas. I am very busy with several projects right now and looking to rent out my lovingly restored 1894 Queen Anne furnished Victorian in Detroit, available Sept 1, 2023 for either a 6 month or one year lease. I am ideally looking for a responsible individual or partners to live in my home and treat it with love. Mostly furnished, the house is very large and has room for more furniture but has all the amenities you would need if not. I prefer no pets or young children, but I am flexible. The rent is very reasonable for this restored beauty and includes utilities: water, heat, electric, internet, alarm, basic landscaping. I am a bit flexible on details for the right person. Plenty of office space, two bathrooms, new kitchen, large porch and backyard with gated driveway, no garage. You will fall in love with this house and this neighborhood!
