Our ideal tenant is a working professional that is respectful and considerate, understanding the balance between privacy and community that comes with this living situation. They value cleanliness and upkeep, ensuring the suite remains a comfortable and inviting space. Reliability is key - they pay their rent on time and communicate proactively about any potential issues or changes in their circumstances. They are quiet and respectful of our family's space and time. They're independent but friendly, able to manage their own space while also contributing to a positive, cordial relationship with us. They appreciate the charm and benefits of living in a family-oriented neighborhood. While they may enjoy having occasional guests, they are mindful not to disrupt our family with frequent or late-night visits. We are usually up around 630AM on weekdays and in bed by 930PM.
