I bought this house in March 2022 and its location close to Bowness Park was the main selling point. My partner and I often walk by the river there, and my teenagers love the winter skating and summer river activities. I'm going on a sabbatical soon, so I'm looking to rent out the main living area and the upper bedrooms. My 19-year-old son, who's studying Engineering at UofC, will be staying in the basement. The house comes furnished, with a focus on practical comfort. Since my partner and I often work from home, we've set up two rooms as home offices. If you need a bigger screen for work, we have large computer monitors available. We're also leaving our kitchen equipment for your use. Grocery stores like Save-On-Foods and Canadian Superstore are just a 5-minute drive away. Costco and downtown area is about 15 minutes by car. If needed, we can discuss renting out our car during your stay. Terms for utilities and the car are up for discussion. We've set our home up for both comfort and convenience. Cleanliness and order are important to us, and we're hoping to find tenants who value the same.
