We're looking to swap our modern 2 bedroom for something similar in Brooklyn/Manhattan/Queens for a month starting in August (*also flexible for later in the fall - let us know!) Make convenient use of the in-unit washer and dryer any time. In the day, feel free to work inside or out - with outdoor furniture and a dedicated office. We're also walking distance to the A Line Metro stop which can take you straight into the heart of Downtown LA or up to Pasadena. And when you do need to catch a ride, Silver Lake, Echo Park and Atwater Village are just minutes away. --- What we're after We're looking for either a couple or a working professional with a similar setup who will be as responsible, tidy, and respectful of our space as we'll be with theirs. 1 or 2 bed ideal, with A/C and an area to work out of. We don't expect it to be as spacious, but anything close to a Subway stop would be ideal. We'd also love to be able to bring our small dog Barry for our stay in NYC. So if you also have a pup, feel free to bring them out to LA! About This Lister Luke and Marge We both work in entertainment Post Production and Production. With both of us able to work from home and a slow period in the industry, the time seemed perfect to try out NYC. We love to travel with our small dog Barry whenever we can!
