Furnished and kitchen stocked with dishes, as well as towels and linens. Utilities $125/mo: private wifi, AC, gardener, and heat. Looking for quiet, responsible tenant. Suitable for single occupant. No pets, sorry. Housekeeper negotiable. Available anytime after Oct 1 month to month, ideally 4+ mo commitment.
