This is a bright, spacious home with an open style floor plan, high ceilings, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a huge loft-office space (perfect for writing). One bedroom and bathroom (w/ walk-in shower) is downstairs; the second bedroom and bathroom (w/ shower-tub combo) are upstairs. This makes it a great arrangement for two non-coupled people. The living and dining areas have very high ceilings (the height of two floors). The upstairs bedroom and office-loft also have high ceilings and white oak hardwood floors. The downstairs has polished concrete floors. Both floors have radiant heat for the winter. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. Washer and dryer are downstairs. Furnishings are a mix of finds (table from Crate & Barrel, sofa from CB2, Herman Miller/Jarvis desk, sculptures from Indonesia, rugs from Morocco). This is my home, not a vacation rental, so I furnished it with care since I live in it when I'm in Santa Fe for half the year. There is an enclosed backyard/patio outside and a Weber grill that's yours to use. A number of beautiful plants will be your companions. I ask you to kindly water them once a week, or I can arrange for someone to come by and water them. The condo development is on the Santa Fe River Trail, so it's a short bike ride or slightly longer walk to the Downtown/Plaza area. A fantastic grocery store with mostly organic produce is 1.5 miles away. Santa Fe Airport is a 14-minute drive; Albuquerque airport is 1 hour's drive door-to-door. Neighbors are quiet, and there are two dedicated parking spaces outside the unit. WiFi and all utilities gas, electricity, water are included in the price. $3000 for two occupants, an additional $100/month for each additional occupant
