Description
We are an academic couple who splits our time between NYC and Toronto. This Fall Semester we will be based full-time in NYC, so are looking for someone to take over our lease for a few months. Its a spacious and very comfortable place with a large Master bedroom, two home offices that could be converted into small bedrooms if desired, and a large first floor with open living room/dining room a spacious kitchen, and a dedicated parking spot. The property is dog and child friendly, we have a variety of gates that can be used to indoors to create safe spaces for your little ones. Our landlords are responsive and friendly.
