Description
Cute two-story house in the middle of the Medlock Park owned by two Emory profs who will be away from campus for Spring 2024 semester. Two bright bedrooms upstairs with full bath, one bedroom and playroom (which can easily become a fourth bedroom) downstairs with another full bath. Fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and large back yard (with garden for those interested in helping us grow some veggies!). We're very close to Medlock Park, the Clyde Shepherd Nature Preserve, the Medlock Public Pool, Mason Mill Parks, and a safe and convenient 20 minute bike ride to Emory's main campus on the PATH bike trails through the woods. About the best commute you could ask for in Atlanta! Very close proximity to grocery stores (Whole Foods, Sprouts, Walmart) and downtown Decatur (5 minutes). Comments: We're in the middle of the Medlock Park neighborhood, which is within biking distance to Emory University and the CDC main campus (on a beautiful bike path through the woods). The neighborhood has two nature preserves and a large public park (also close to the Mason Mill park). The house is a cute, cozy two-story home with a big yard. We're districted for Fernbank Elementary.

Comments: The stop/start dates are a bit flexible, but ideally, we'd like renters during the entire time we are away (December/early January - late July)
