The house is well situated, a five minute walk from metro Sherbrooke, shops on Duluth and Mount Royal. The proximity to Parc Lafontaine is amazing for winter skating, outdoor concerts and outdoor activities ( large kids park, tennis, etc). Two bedrooms with large windows, bathroom, and large skylight upstairs , including a spacious master bedroom with an adjacent den that we use for screening films with a projector. A large office space for two with library ( mostly history of art, novels, poetry) would remain intact. Includes a covered parking spot ideal for avoiding winter storms, and a space for storage in the back shed. Flexible on dates, but ideally looking for someone to rent the majority of the 2024/2025 academic year.
