Darkening drapes, a/c provided. ( larger tv than pictured). Includes ALL utilities including Wi-Fi, garage, w/d in basement, all kitchen needs supplied, linens & towels. Pets on case-by-case basis, no smoking. Security, credit check, $750 security deposit. This is a 4 unit building , with two long term tenants below , and myself- also an academic. I enjoy antiquing, traveling, cooking, movies, etc..I’m a returned US Peace Corps volunteer, transplanted from the East Coast with two cats. Video of space available! TV is larger than shown.
