We're a family of four moving temporarily to Vashon Island for our children's middle school experience. We love our neighborhood and neighbors on this quiet street. We're looking for someone who needs a furnished house and will care for our home as their own for up to two years. Our house is set up as 3 bedroom but we can reconfigure to 4 if needed. Currently a twin bed is in the main floor bedroom but that is also something we can change if needed. Laundry conveniently located on 2nd floor. Just one block north of Ballard High, three blocks from Whittier Elementary, the neighborhood elementary school and in the geo-zone for Salmon Bay K-8 School. Off street parking. Comfortable backyard with built in seating and treehouse. Just down the street from Delancey's Pizza, Essex (cute bar), The Fat Hen (delicious breakfast/brunch/lunch), Rosellini's Bakery, Frankie & Jo's ice cream, cool consignment store, Yoga studio and more. Easy to get to Old Ballard Ave area and water.
