Elegant apartment in Melbourne near Fitzroy Gardens, ACMI and MCG.

Description

This is a very well positioned, light, nicely furnished but not cluttered, apartment that sits between parks, the city, the MCG. You can walk to Richmond, over the Gardens to Fitzroy and Brunswick, or up the road to Federation Square. The apartment has access to a formal garden for residents at the back entrance,and also two pools and a gym. There is some traffic noise at the front but the overall ambience is peaceful. There is a desk space and good wifi. The television can be logged into whatever streaming services you use. I have lived and worked here very productively as have my adult children and my husband (also an academic) calls it 'that beautiful place'. The shared entrance hall is elegant and welcoming when you come home, the car space is secure, and there is good internal security. The rear entrance with its rather Georgian ambience is like an oasis of elegance so near to Spring and Jolimont. Both beds have good mattresses and I will leave you good linens and some towels. The bathroom was renovated this year and it has a European laundry.
