My spacious and inviting home is located in the vibrant heart of Bellville, Cape Town. My charming, old-fashioned property combines comfort with a perfect location, making it an ideal spot for longer stays, especially for work, study, or simply soaking in the local culture. The house is situated in proximity to a number of universities, colleges, hospitals, and numerous corporate headquarters, making it a perfect choice for business and study trips. We have 5 large malls no more than 20 km’s away with a very reliable Uber service. As we are adjacent to the Western Cape Winelands this is a fun way to spend your time off. We also have a number of fantastic theatres in Cape Town. Inside, you'll find a generous living room, complete with a well-stocked library. Guests are warmly encouraged to borrow a book and lose themselves in a literary adventure. The large airy rooms have wall-to-wall carpeting equipped with extra length comfortable beds, heating for winter, a bar fridge, a tea and coffee station, a desk to work at and ample cupboard space. We also boasts ample secure off-street parking. The heart of our home is the large kitchen, with a welcoming 6-seater table - the stage for many a hearty meal and interesting conversation. This is truly the place where guests become friends. Stepping outside, you'll discover our expansive entertainment area, which is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the pleasant Cape Town weather. Last but certainly not least, you will be welcomed by my delightful Jack Russell - Bella - the true 'lady of the house'. If you're a pet lover, you'll immediately feel right at home. I am looking for female guests interested in a longer stay, who will appreciate and care for my home as much as I do.
