Charming historic apartment with sunny balcony

Description

This charming apartment with parquet floors, ornate iron balcony, and terrazzo corridor has been our family home for twenty-three years. We use it together with another apartment on the same floor (also available). It is situated on the second floor of a building from 1905. Shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport are 1-5min walking distance. A forest is 5 minutes away on foot. Beautiful river beaches (pebble) 5-15min are away by car. Mountains with lakes 25-45min by car. The apartment features a bright, large living room with a piano and sunny balcony with a big umbrella, a bright office with two desks (and a single bed), a fully equipped big kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed, and a bathroom with bathtub. Unfortunately there is construction going on next door on some week days for some periods of time between 7.30 - 12.00 and 13.00- 17.00, hence the low price. With closed windows the noise is not too bad, but the balcony cannot be used comfortably when construction work is being done. The balcony remains ideal for eating ice cream or dinner, starting after five.
