This has been the cherished home for me, my dog, and my cat. Regrettably, the ailing condition of one of my parents necessitated my return to Arizona to offer care and support. One of the home's highlights is its sliding patio door leading to a fully enclosed, private, and furnished patio area and an enclosed side yard featuring artificial grass. This makes the yard easy to maintain, as no upkeep is required. For added convenience, a courtesy cleaning service will be provided once a month to clean the entire home. Both the main bedroom (1 Queen Bed) and the downstairs living area (1 Queen Sleeper Sofa) - comprising the kitchen and living room - are outfitted with heating and air conditioning units, assuring your year-round comfort. Furthermore, there is a versatile secondary room complete with a computer desk, along with a mirrored workout section fully equipped with a large mat, free weights, kettlebells, and a rowing machine. IMPORTANT: While I'll did my best to depersonalize and minimize clutter before leaving, please understand that the home will remain fully furnished and decorated, as I hope to move back in the future. However, changes and alterations may be approved upon request.
