Looking for a silent apartment close to Bosphorus, city forest, and metro

Description

We are two professors employed at Koç University and will be away this year. Our house is conveniently located within a walking distance to major grocery stores, a neighbourhood school, restaurants and a pool with membership, Bosphorus, a major city forest (Atatürk Kent Ormani, 5 minutes walk from home), and Haciosman metro station (direct access to Taksim, Nisantasi, Sisli), as well as bus and minibus stations (to Besiktas, Karaköy, Sariyer). There is also a ferry from Sariyer to Kadiköy (Anatolian side). Reading and writing is a pleasure in our office, which receives sunshine in the mornings and has two desks in it. The apartment is cut off from city noise, but one can easily get some city stimuli and Bosphorus relaxation. More pictures are available upon request.
