I will be working in the Dominican Republic for a year. I love my condo very much but hope it can offer someone else the safe place I found it to be. Bunk beds in the guest room, shelves, and a closet. Master suite has a queen bed, with a walk in closet, large bathroom, and a desk. Smart TVs in every room with high speed internet. Pool and gym on property, designated parking spot. Fully renovated in 2021 when I purchased it. Washer and dryer in unit. *Third bedroom is currently being utilized as a crash pad for a 56yr old female who dog/cat/house sits full time but has a key and may stop in and out. Will be open and honest and present for all screenings and during the entire process.

Comments: Close to UNF, Town Center, beaches, Major highways, shopping, and Historical St. Augustine. Close to schools. Pool and gym amenities, playground across the street and park down the street.
