Hello, I live in a townhome in a quiet cul-de-sac that is only minutes from downtown Dover and has easy access to Route 1. There is parking in the driveway as well as easy street parking in the neighborhood. The home has a fenced in backyard with a fire pit that is ideal for a morning coffee or evening teas. The front door has been outfitted with a programmable keypad lock. Each room has been recently updated, are dog-free, and have their own keys. The washer and dryer are new, there is also AC and heat available throughout the home.
