My husband I have been busily renovating this lovely older home for 6 years. It is pretty much modern country style. The finishes are all top end and it has been a labor of love for us. The in floor heat with settings in each room is wonderful. We want to find a couple or single person or who would respect and care for our home as we do. We have beautiful art and high end appliances. This home is not kid proof but a small well behaved dog is possible. Spend your winter out of the snow and take a short stroll to the ocean or Oak Bay Village any time.

Comments: We are snowbirds and live in California from November until mid April. Our ideal renter would be very respectful of our home. This is most important to us! Although we don't have pets ourselves, we don't mind a small well behaved doggie.
