Luxury condo with river view. This was our downtown home before we moved to the suburbs. We love it for the luxury building and the convenient access everywhere. We are looking for responsible tenants who will care for it as we always have. We live nearby and will be responsive. The bedroom has very high quality furniture made in Vermont. It's a queen size bed with a 1-year old mattress. The office was originally a bedroom but renovated to be an open office with plenty of workspace and an expansive view of the Charles River and Beacon Hill on the other side. The location is extremely convenient. You can walk to Kendall Square in ~7 minutes; MIT campus in ~10 min (depending on where), and you can either take the red line T, the bus, or bike to Harvard. The building is a luxury doorman building. The staff is very friendly and responsive. There is a pool and a full gym. You will have 1 parking spot, and access to visitor parking spots (with an hourly fee) and visitor suites (there are two studios for rent by the night, for your guests). There are also picnic tables on the roof top with a beautiful view. We love the place for short stays for ourselves, and would be open to creative arrangements (e.g., week day only) if that's all that you need. Minimum 6-month commitment.
