I am looking for a couple, or small group or professional adults who would like to have their own spa sanctuary where relaxing and work can be done through the winter months. This 5,000 ft custom built post and beam home on the ocean in arguably one of the most sought-after locations on the Sunshine Coast, in a gorgeous nature filled bay called Bonnie Brook. Visits by wales, dolphins, sea lions, seals, otters, eagles, woodpeckers, deer, and an assortment of many other animals, is a soothing delight while you bath in your choice of infrared sauna, wood burning sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, and two exterior cold showers. It truly is a sanctuary of peace and beauty. The interior is decorated with sculptures and art from well known artists and the furniture is a mixture of modern and antique. Sunsets can be enjoyed every night when the sky is clear and walks along the Esplanade are exquisite no matter what time of day. The town of Gibsons is a 5-minute drive away and there are an assortment of wonderful restaurants, shops, and breweries/cideries that provide for an enriched community that locals appreciate and love. It's not a house that is suitable for young children as there are simply too many precious pieces of art and furniture for such busy little bodies. I would like the tenants to be non-partiers who respect a finely crafted home and will be cooperative with communication and solving issues if any issues should arise. I would also like the tenant to be able to tackle basic handy person problems should any arise with the property. Given the nature of the property size and spa features, small issues arise from time to time. Trades people will take on any large issues should any arise. For the most part, it maintains itself well and maintenance is minimal. There are five bedrooms, one office space on the inside of the big house, a separate office/art space in a small auxilary studio with a gorgeous corner window view of the garden. There are six bathrooms in the house and one exterior auxiliary building with bathroom with kitchen.
