We're a professional family with a couple of small kids who loved this house and would like to find a visiting family who will love it just as much as we did. It's the perfect fit for a visiting Caltech scholar and their family; you can walk to the campus in minutes. There's a play area in the back with swings and a slide. Huntington Gardens is in walking distance. Easy to get to DTLA or Glendale/Burbank. Close to light rail connections to DTLA and the Westside. 10 minute drive to San Gabriel and the vibrant asian restaurant scene there.
