Description
Enjoy a getaway in our charming home in Asbury Park. The location is ideal – on a quiet street close to everything this unique little town has to offer. Walk to the beach/boardwalk, downtown dining, music/art venues, grocery store, etc. Even the train station (to NYC/EWR) is just a few blocks away. My partner and I lovingly restored our two-family home where we regularly host guests during the peak summer season. In the off season (Oct - April) we prefer longer term tenants and recently had a positive experience with an NYC-based university professor on sabbatical who used our home as a writing sanctuary. Our space is ideal for someone who will appreciate being in a beach town during the quieter months and close to all the thing that make Asbury Park special.

Comments: Our house is a two family where my partner and I live in the downstairs unit and rent the upstairs unit. Both spaces are completely separate and private. However, we are easily accessible and happy to assist you should you need anything.
