Tranquil dead-end street in mature neighbourhood beside farmland. You'll love the wrap-around porch with hammock and bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee. The first thing that convinced us to buy the home was how bright and airy it feels as the breeze flows through the home's large windows. It is on a large corner lot with mature landscaping. There's a back deck, so there's room to lounge in the sun or dine al fresco. The driveway has room for 2-3 vehicles outside and one in the garage. Kids will enjoy the large loft on the 3rd floor. We have a shared neighbourhood basketball net across the street. Pharmacy, dentist, and delicious Indian take-out a few minutes walk away. You can walk to park, trails, skating rink, downtown for lunch and ice-cream by the river. There is a great greasy spoon in town and couple of wonderful restaurant and pub options. Rockmosa park has a great splash pad, multiple playgrounds, soccer fields, dog park, path system, tennis courts open to public on certain days, library. Pictures do not display current furniture.
