Description
We recently renovated this back cottage/ADU and look forward to renting it to artists, students, faculty, nurses, or people looking for a quiet, private spot near cafes, bike trails, and public transport. We seek someone friendly but independent who will take good care of our property. If you like to garden, we have ample space for you to play. The house is really special with lots of light through multiple windows, skylights, and high ceilings. The cottage includes a full shower and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and lovely sleeping space. Quiet at night, the cottage opens to our spacious yard, garden and deck. We welcome you to share a hot tub, washer and drier as well as our large parking space.

Comments: This unit includes internet, electric and water. The cottage is a newly renovated with 12 foot ceilings, a lovely bathroom and living space and a shared yard. We also offer use of our washer and drier and our hot tub.

Comments: We are friendly and seek an independent tenant who is open to an occasional meal. We are flexible around friends visiting and opening the space on occasion to family as well.
