Two Room Garden Apartment in North Berkeley near UC Berkeley Campus

I am a professor of architecture and urban studies at the University of San Francisco. I have been living in this house with my wife in the beautiful North Berkeley neighborhood for over 20 years. I am looking to rent this newly remodeled and fully-furnished apartment, which is ideal for one person, preferably a visiting scholar/professor or student, for short stays of 3-4 months. Longer stays of up to a year are possible as well. The house is close to UC Berkeley campus, North Berkeley BART, a short walk from Trader Joe's and many other grocery stores. There is a large garden with barbecue area, immediate access to washer-dryer, and plenty of storage. Rooms have temperature control, lights with dimmers, and a very comfortable queen size bed. There is a fully equipped kitchenette and large bathroom. The study has good light, desk, monitor, chair, and ample shelving for books. The apartment is aesthetically pleasing, in an excellent central location, and in a clean, safe, leafy neighborhood with great access to transit and the UC Berkeley campus.
