Description
We are offering our home for rent - 2 out of 3 bedrooms are available for 1-2 people while we are out of the country in our home in South America. The home is fully furnished, and was completely renovated 3 years ago. Our home has all the amenities including central air, gas fire pit/outdoor furniture, 60" TV, first floor laundry, and a hot tub. We are at the end of a quiet dead end road, short walk to the beach and a park with tennis/pickle-ball courts. We are also looking for care for our Greenwing Macaw, and we can negotiate rent with that if you are serious. She is a smart and emotionally intelligent creature that needs real care, attention, and regular cleaning of her space. Your stay could also possibly overlap with when we are there if you don't mind housemates (at a reduced rent and shared utilities)
