A newly built, modern guest cottage built on 8 acres surrounded by a nature preserve. Private road access. State of the art amenities, super energy efficient, and only minutes from restaurants, stores, and UNC. Guest house has parking for 1-2 cars. The main house is a partially used vacation home for a recently retired UNC professor. We’re looking for a responsible person that enjoys the woods and will respect the private, quiet ambiance of Britton Drive.
