We'd say location is everything here, as it is in one of the most convenient spots in Albany, but the space's warmth, charm, and usability is also not to be ignored. The apartment, which is usually owner-occupied, is the larger of two units in the building and has everything you would need for a long-term stay. Our unit covers the top two floors of the building. The first floor has a kitchen, dining room, half-bathroom, and living room. On the second floor is a master bedroom with a bay window overlooking the park, a master bedroom, a guest room with a full bed and desk, and an office. Opening into the back yard is a deck with a grill, a yard, and a fire pit.
