Hey there. I’m a medical student here in Sydney, Australia. I usually spend my summers overseas and am happy to help house potential electives takers or students looking for short term accommodation. My place is situated near Parramatta, in Sydney’s western area. It’s close to public transport and is also car friendly. With rental rates sky high in the city, this is a much more affordable and flexible place to live. Public transport will take you into the city within 30 minutes. The place is a studio apartment situated in a serviced apartment/hotel building, with 24/7 receptionist. Gym and swimming pool/hot tub. A parking spot underneath in the garage, and plenty of street parking. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Parramatta Westfield (major shopping mall) within 5-10minutes bus ride or drive. King bed. Fully furnished. Washer/dryer combo. Microwave and stove. Small fridge. Internet and utilities taken care of. Just bring your stuff and stay for whatever duration you need.

Comments: Nice and easy studio apartment. Near Parramatta, close to Granville train station and bus. Ideal for anyone spending a summer in Sydney, but don’t want to fork out the ridiculous prices for the CBD.
