This is a downstairs apartment. Garden entrance. Price negotiable depending upon gardening/pet/housekeeping help. We are two attorneys, one still practicing. House overlooking the Golden Gate and San Francisco Bay. In the Berkeley Hills, short bus ride to the University. Animals friendly (two old dogs, one puppy and two cats). Wild birds fed on a daily basis. Wild life such as deer, wild turkeys and coyotes in the neighborhood. Nice established neighborhood, park nearby and easy street parking.
