Renting 1920's Bungalow in Oakland, CA

I am looking for someone to rent my house. It will be open beginning April 1, 2024. My house is a 1920's bungalow with two bedrooms and a reading/room office. The house can be set up as two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a desk and can also be used as an office. The entire house has beautiful natural light. It is freshly painted with modern decor. Outside, we have a large garden in the back with two decks furnished with chaise lounge chairs, a couch, a table, and an umbrella. It is a great place to host a barbeque. Our house is close to the Dimond District business center that has a Peet's coffee, a french bakery, a sushi restaurant, and a famous local grocery store with many organic options--Farmer Joes. The Dimond District is also very close to the Laurel District, Park Avenue, Montclair, and Fruitvale neighborhoods of Oakland. We are a five-minute drive to hiking trails in the Oakland hills and a 20 minute drive down to the Alameda beach front. We are close to 580 and a very short drive to U.C. Berkeley, Cal State East Bay, St. Mary's College of California. We are also within an hour drive to Stanford and universities in San Francisco. For temperature control, we have two window air conditioners. We have an old heating system that works will with a little coaching. The rental fee includes a smart tv/apple tv with Disney, Hulu, and Prime. We pay for a monthly gardner and electricity, gas, and waste pickup.
