Description
We are soon to be empty nesters and have a large home with plenty of space to share. When we first moved to Denver, a kind colleague from the University of Colorado hosted us for several months. We are happy to pay it forward and host visiting academics, students and other professionals seeking something more warm and friendly than the average airBnB lodging for their temporary stay in the area. We are within 20 minutes of 2 major campuses. I am faculty at the Anschutz campus of the University of Colorado and can help anyone coming to the campus settle in. We do have a large friendly dog so comfort with dogs is a must. We are happy to negotiate around rent for someone on a budget who is looking to trade for labor. Our house and neighborhood offer lots of amenities for nature lovers and active individuals.

Comments: We have a first floor guest bedroom in our spacious home with an adjacent bathroom separated from the other bedrooms, which are all on the second floor. A guest would have access to laundry, kitchen, hotub, and neighborhood amenities
